Theory
THEORY REQUIREMENTS
Throughout your training we will brief you before any flight on that sequence. Hence in your early training we allow one and a half hours for a one-hour flying lesson. The extra half hour is for the briefing. To gain the full benefit of the briefing and the flight it is important to do some study for that lesson. The theory kit has all this information in it and this study will save you time in the air, hence it will save you money. Apart from these theory kits, there are some CASA publications that you will require. These publications are available from Central Coast Aero Club, some are dated which means that they need to be renewed every six months or such. The cost shown are subject to change, therefore should be accepted as a guide only.
The CASA publications are prefixed CASA and are abbreviated only.
