Gift Vouchers and Flight Experience Vouchers
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or any other form of value.
Vouchers are not transferable unless approved in writing by Central Coast Aero Club.
It is the recipient’s responsibility to book their flight.
Bookings are generally available 7 days a week, however we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance.
All vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Expired vouchers are forfeited and cannot be used.
General Conditions
All flights are weather dependent and may be postponed at short notice.
Flights are conducted at the discretion of the Pilot in Command.
Booking changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in the voucher being forfeited without refund.
Failure to attend a booked flight will result in the voucher being forfeited without refund.
If weather conditions are unsuitable, we will attempt to contact you prior to your booking to reschedule.
Refunds
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Flight-Specific Terms and Conditions
Trial Instructional Flights
One person per flight only (CASA training regulations).
Minimum age: 12 years (guideline, subject to discretion).
Weight limit: 90 kg, Height limit: 193 cm. Flights above these limits may be conducted in a Cessna 172, with additional charges.
No maximum age limit, provided the participant can safely enter and exit the aircraft.
Scenic Flights
Up to 3 passengers per flight (subject to weight restrictions and legal limits).
No minimum age limit, however children under 5 must be in an approved restraint.

Sydney Harbour Flights
All standard Scenic Flight conditions apply.
Entry into Sydney Harbour airspace is subject to Air Traffic Control clearance, which may not be confirmed until airborne.
Aerobatic Flights
One person per flight only.
Minimum age: 12 years (guideline, subject to discretion).
No maximum age limit, provided the participant can safely enter and exit the aircraft.
