Whether you’re thinking of learning to fly or just looking for an unforgettable experience, a Trial Instructional Flight with the Central Coast Aero Club is your first taste of being a pilot.
The experience begins with a quick ground brief and pre-flight check with one of our experienced flight instructors, then its time to step into the cockpit and take to the skies in one of our Cessna 150s. Our flight instructor will be guiding you through the basics of taxiing on the ground, taking off and maneuvering in the air. You’ll can even try your hand at an instructor-assisted landing.
The flights times available are either 30 mins or 1 hour, please allow for an additional 30 mins ground time.
Experience the thrill of flying a real aircraft with a hands-on Learn to Fly Experience NSW departing Warnervale Airport on the Central Coast. This Trial Instructional Flight gives you the opportunity to take the controls alongside a qualified flight instructor while learning the basics of aircraft handling, climbing, turning and general flight operations.

A Learn to Fly Experience NSW is one of the best ways to discover whether flying is something you would like to pursue further. Unlike a standard scenic flight, this hands-on aviation experience allows you to actively participate in flying the aircraft alongside a qualified instructor while learning the fundamentals of aircraft control and basic flight operations.
All flight experiences are subject to operational and safety requirements. Bookings are flexible and can be rescheduled due to weather or operational needs.
