Get a bird’s eye view of one of the NSW coast’s hidden treasures with a Port Stephens and Seal Rocks scenic joyflight. Take in the incredible beaches and crystal clear waters from hundreds or thousands of feet in the air.

The flight up the coast from Warnervale, passing over the city of Newcastle, is as much a highlight as taking in the Nelson Bay peninsula.

Terms and Conditions

Gift Vouchers / Flight Experience Vouchers are:

  • Not redeemable in any other form; and
  • Not transferable to another person, except when authorised in writing by us.
  • It is the responsibility of the voucher recipient to book their flight time with us. We are generally available 7 days a week, but please contact us at least one – two weeks in advance to book your flight.
  • All vouchers are valid for use within three (3) years from the date of purchase. Once a voucher has expired, it has been deemed as forfeited.

General conditions

  • Flight bookings are weather dependent and may need to be postponed at short notice.
  • Flights will only be conducted at the discretion of the Pilot in command. 
  • Booking change requests must be received 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight time or the gift voucher will be forfeited and no refund given.
  • If you fail to arrive for a booking the gift certificate will be forfeited and no refund given.
  • If the weather is not suitable for your flight, we will endevour to call you prior to your flight to reschedule.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for gift vouchers purchased.

 

TERMS FOR FLIGHTS

TRIAL INSTRUCTIONAL FLIGHTS

  • One person per flight only – due to CASA regulations in relation to training, these flights do not permit the carraige of additional passengers.
  • Minimum age 12 years (this is a general guide and at our discretion).
  • Weight limit of 90kg and height restriction of 6ft4in – if above these limits we can conduct the flight in a Cessna 172, however additional charges apply.
  • There is no maximum age limit, as long as the person can reasonably get themselves into and out of the aircraft.

 

SCENIC JOYFLIGHTS

  • Up to 3 passengers per flight, additional weight restrictions may apply (legal restrictions apply)
  • No minimum age limit, children under 5yrs of age must be in a suitable restraint.
  • There is no maximum age limit, as long as the person can reasonably get themselves into the aircraft.

 

SYDNEY HARBOUR JOYFLIGHTS

  • Conditions as per scenic joyflights.
  • The ability to enter the harbour is dependant on an Air Traffic Control Clearance, and we will not know if this is possible until airborne.

 

AEROBATIC FLIGHTS

  • One person per flight only.
  • Minimum age 12 years (this is a general guide and at our discretion).
  • There is no maximum age limit, as long as the person can reasonably get themselves into and out of the aircraft.
